2. SMS Messaging — Opt-In, Opt-Out, and Message Flow

Who Receives SMS Messages

SMS messages may be sent to drivers, customers, brokers, and other parties whose phone numbers are entered into the platform by authorized company users. Messages are sent only in the context of an existing business relationship or upon express consent.

How Recipients Opt In

Recipients provide their mobile phone number and consent to receive SMS communications through one or more of the following mechanisms:

• Written or verbal agreement as part of a carrier, broker, or driver onboarding process.
• Submission of a contact form or service inquiry that includes a phone number field with SMS opt-in language (see example below).
• Inbound message initiation — when a recipient texts our number first, they receive an automatic opt-in confirmation message before any further messages are sent.

When a recipient texts our number for the first time, our system automatically replies with the following message before any further outbound messages are sent:

"Award Solutions Inc: Thanks for subscribing to our TMS! Reply HELP for help. Message frequency may vary. Msg&data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out."

Opt-Out

Recipients may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Upon receiving STOP, our system immediately sends the following confirmation and ceases all further messages to that number:

"Award Solutions Inc: You are unsubscribed and will receive no further messages."

Opt-out records are maintained in our system and honored permanently unless the recipient re-opts in by texting START or YES.

HELP Keyword

Recipients may reply HELP at any time to receive support contact information:

"Award Solutions Inc: Please reach out to us at contact@awardsolutionsil.com for help. Reply STOP to stop receiving messages."

Message Frequency & Rates

Message frequency varies depending on operational activity. Standard messaging and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. Award Solutions Inc does not charge for SMS messages.

No Sharing of Phone Numbers

Phone numbers collected for SMS opt-in purposes are not shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes and are not sold.

• Provide, operate, and maintain the TMS platform and related services.
• Send operational SMS and email notifications (dispatch, delivery, invoice, and status updates).
